idea/Problem:
1. A lot of people would love to learn dance in a group
2. but they do not want to step out of their house
3. and go to a dance studio.
4. They wish they can take part in the group lessons
5. from their home.
Solution:
1. You will build a smartphone app and an apple TV app too.
2. The user will download the app and
3. searches for a group dance class and
4. signs up for the class as per her convenient timings.
5. The class will be limited to 25 students only.
6. On that appointed day, She can open up the Apple TV app
7. Or she can open your app and she can see all her dance-mates.
8. The teacher starts and on a separate split screen,
9. you can see your whole class perform the dance steps.
10. This way , the user will get a feeling that she is working in a group.
How to make money:
1. Sell Pro version: The pro version will have extra features like
1.1 recording of the event,
1.2 chatting with the dance-mates after the class etc.
1.3 you can sell the pro version for $4.99
2. Take a cut of sales: When users enroll in the dance classes,
2.1 take a 2% cut of the sale price and pay the remaining to the dance instructor.
